molto poco tecnicamente, qui c'è qualcuno che tappa i buchi o le voragini aperte nei conti di xywkk, ma questo lo sai bene, e allora?
potresti provare con " mancanza di copertura finanziaria", "mancanza di disponibilità" . Il termine ammanco mi fa pensare subito a "sottrazione" volontaria...Ciao e buon lavoro
