peer agreement (net): +1tirocinanti (& trainee) Explanation: "Volontariat" e "Traineeship" sono in Germania fasi di apprendistato per (neo)laureati; il "Volontär" trovi nelle redazioni di giornali, stazioni radio e tv come anche in case editrici o anche nei musei: si distingue tra "journalistisches Volontariat" e "wissenschaftliches Volontariat". Il "Trainee" trovi nelle aziende e multinazionali che hanno addotato la terminologia inglese. Tutti i due (Volontär e Trainee) hanno un contratto di lavoro regolare, spesso con una durata tra uno o due anni ed il contratto ü "sozialversicherungspflichtig", dunque sono assunti con tutti gli effetti. Un Praktikant (= stagista) ha un altro tipo di contratto: dura solo fino a un anno massimo ed ha un'altra posizione all'interno del organico. Per questo direi: Auszubildende = apprendisti Praktikanten = stagisti e per "Volontäre & Trainees" ci sarebbero due possibilità: 1. solo "tirocinanti", mettendo le due categorie assieme oppure 2. "tirocinanti & trainee" mantenendo il termine inglese, che sembra di essersi diffuso anche in Italia Spero di essere stata di aiuto... Buon lavoro! |

Praticanti e tirocinanti Explanation: che non sono sempre la stessa cosa. Il praticante è un richiedente di un "Praktikum" e il tirocinante non fa altro che completare i suoi studi con delle ore di lavoro.... Tradotto, il primo può anche essere pagato, il secondo sicuramente no! (e fortunati quelli che mi possono dimostrare il contrario!) |
