An dem Projekt haben sich nebst Mieter- und Hauseigentümerorganisationen auch Interessensverbände von Hauswarten und Liegenschaftsverwaltungen beteiligt.
Dass sich Gruppierungen mit so unterschiedlicher Ausrichtung auf ein gemeinsames Produkt einigen konnten, ist allein schon ein Erfolg.
Und es soll Signalwirkung haben: Man will den Schwung des Projekts aufnehmen und den Dialog weiterführen.

Credo che l'autore voglia dire qualcosa del tipo "ok, il progetto ha avuto successo, prendiamo e portiamo a casa, ma l'obiettivo da raggiungere è un altro, quindi rimettiamoci al lavoro", infatti parla di "Signalwirkung", cioè l'entusiasmo suscitato deve avere l'effetto di spronarli a fare ancora di più.

Direi che la versione completa potrebbe essere qualcosa del tipo:"Ci ha fatto piacere notare questo interesse per il nostro progetto,adesso bisogna continuare a dialogare (o confrontarsi)".Ciao!
