Premesso che KKP sta per "Kundenkontakt-Programm", mentre GVL non saprei proprio (potrebbe essere Garantie-Verlängerung, ma non ci metterei la mano sul fuoco), secondo voi "Außendienst" può essere tradotto con un semplice "Servizio esterno", cioè non eseguito dall'azienda che emette realmente la garanzia sull'utilizzo di un'auto usata, bensì dalla Concessionaria che opera per suo conto stipulando garanzie con gli utenti di auto usate?
