Abweichend von Ziffer 4.3 der Allgemeinen Versicherungsbedingungen zur Haftpflichtversicherung für Vermögensschäden (AVB-VH) besteht Ver-sicherungsschutz für die Ausübung der Tätigkeit als Handelsvertreter eines Versicherungsmaklers sowie die rechtlich zulässige Beratung (auch Honorarberatung) in diesem Bereich.
Versicherungsschutz besteht auch für die rechtlich zulässige Beratung - auch Arbeitnehmerberatung - im Bereich der betrieblichen Alters-versorgung .
Mitversichert ist die in diesem Zusammenhang stehende Empfehlung bzw. Vermittlung von rückgedeckten Versorgungsmodellen.
