In informatica, lo sviluppo software non sempre coincide con la progettazione pura (fatta anche a tavolino su carta :), quindi...) del software. In questo caso, essendoci solamente il termine "Entwicklung", si fa riferimento allo sviluppo in generale che può comprendere o meno la progettazione vera e propria del software...
