Man steht dann immer vor der Wahl ob man das ganze Unternehmen verkauft und nur einen kleinen Upside bekommt oder ob man weitermacht, seinen Einsatz zurüerhält und als angestellter Unternehmer noch mit dabei ist, wenn es einmal zum Verkauf oder zum Börsengang kommt.

Non so se ho inteso bene il testo seinen Einsatz ..... dabei ist.
