"Lieber Interessent, liebe Interessentin,"
le persone vengono informate sulla prossima scadenza della loro iscrizione a un mailing e guidate alla eventuale compilazione del formulario che prolunga il servizio e alla registrazione.
QUINDI: non si possono definire clienti (anche perché non è un servizio a pagamento), né destinatari (fra l'altro ci si rivolge direttamente, quindi non è pensabile "caro destinatario").
