Vi do il contesto: L’agente informa per iscritto il preponente sui potenziali clienti interessati al prodotto.
Qualora il cliente non fosse già stato segnalato da un altro agente e non si tratti di un contatto già acquisito dal preponente, quest'ultimo lo notifica per iscritto. (poi segue la frase sopraindicata...)
