neutral  Christel Zipfel: Non si incentivano le società, ma i lavoratori. In questo caso è la Ditta che si impegna a versare come benefit un certo importo per i suoi dipendenti.

  -> No, infatti, Vermögensbildungsgesetzt non è una legge di incentivazione e io non l`ho detto. Qui si parla del rapporto fra capitale proprio e capitale di terzi che deve esistere in ogni impresa. Ai fini di tale adeguamenteo si fa il versamento in parola.
