Io capisco questo: determinate spese vengo regolate/pagate dall'amministrazioone del condominio, in quanto probabilmente spese comuni (esiste solitamente un "fondo condominiale comune" per queste spese); può darsi poi che in un secondo tempo avvenga una ripartizione in base, che ne so, ai consumi, alla grandezza dell'appartamento ecc.
