Nella frase che segue non capisco bene su ocsa deve basarsi il prezzo....(sempre che questa sia la traudzione correta del termine ;-)

"Ist der nicht termingerecht erbrachte Teil der Leistung eine preislich nicht spezifizierte Untermenge einer größeren Funktions- bzw. Preiseinheit, dann ist deren Preis zugrunde zu legen".

Secondo me non ci sono refusi, la frase ha senso così.
Ti dice che se una parte della prestazione non fornita entro i termini previsti fa parte dei una "preislich nicht speifizierte Untermenge..." (così d'acchito non saprei quali termini esattamente usare), è necessario qantificarne il prezzo (io capisco della parte della prestazione non fornita in tempo)

Secondo me il prezzo a cui si riferische "derer" è quello di "einer größeren Funktions- bzw. Preiseinheit", ovvero quello dell'unità di di prezzo o funzione maggiore/superiore ... o comunque tu abbia tradotto.

agree  Saskia Ponzi: Ja, "deren" bezieht sich eindeutig auf "größere Funktions-bzw. Preiseinheit". Der Satz ist furchtbar, aber er ist korrekt und macht Sinn.
