Soweit im gesetzlichen Güterstand lebende Verkäufer allein verfügen, versichern sie, neben dem Kaufgegenstand noch weiteres Vermögen zu besitzen.
Premesso che i venditori risultano aver contratto matrimonio in regime patrimoniale di separazione dei beni, traduco come segue:
"Disponendo in via esclusiva del patrimonio in forza del regime patrimoniale legale scelto, i venditori in vita ammettono di possedere altri beni oltre all'oggetto della vendita"...
...tuttavia non mi è molto chiaro...forse interpreto male quel "soweit"?!?! |
