Per società strumentale ho trovato la seguente definizione:
Società strumentale: sono società a partecipazione pubblica locale, costituita per svolgere attività funzionali al perseguimento dei fini istituzionali dell’ente pubblico proprietario. Tale società si distingue da quella di gestione di servizi pubblici, in quanto è rivolta essenzialmente alla pubblica amministrazione e non al pubblico degli utenti.
Anche le fondazioni se ne servono per perseguire i loro scopi statutari. |
