E' l'inizio di un contratto di compravendita, capisco il significato ma non so come renderlo in Italiano. (Davanti a codesto Notaio è comparso oggi il sig... questa espressione dovrebbe sottolineare il fatto che questa persona è stata adeguatamente identificata, ma come si dice in termini corretti?
