Non sono sicura di aver capito bene che cosa si intenda con questa espressione e vorrei una conferma! Forse significa "a far tempo dal termine di disdetta" oppure "entro il termine di disdetta del contratto"?

Auf den Ablauf der Kündigungsfrist wird ein Zwischenabschluss erstellt und die laufenden Betriebskosten werden abgerechnet. Der ausscheidende Gesellschafter ist ab diesem Zeitpunkt von seinen vertraglichen Verpflichtungen befreit.
