...giusto Alessio, anche se "Vorbringen " è solitamente riferito alle prove, in effetti il testo non dice a cosa si fa riferimento (prove? richieste? Motivazioni?).
A questo punto suggerirei quindi, più genericamente, "si fa riferimento a quanto esposto/addotto in prima istanza" |
