Explanation:
Essendoci un trattino tra "Erfinder" e "Mitteilung", i 2 termini formano un composto (comunicazione dell'inventore). Secondo me, "Nennung" si riferisce all'oggetto del brevetto, che viene quindi denominato come da comunicazione dell'inventore. Cioè, l'inventore nella domanda di brevetto ha probabilmente indicato un nome per la sua invenzione e l'ufficio brevetti l'ha accettato e con questa frase lo comunica in modo ufficiale.
