in mabito UE il termine 'risoluzione' è molto frequente - lo trovo di continuo - quache volta anche 'deliberazione'

se poi si parla della Corte di Giustizia, forse anche bene anche 'sentenza' o 'delibera'

le differenze possono essere molto, molto sottili

buon lavoro

tra sentenza e risoluzione la ifferenza è chiara, un po' meno distinta
