Bus/Financial - Law: Taxation & Customs / Frase presa da una lettera di un commercialista ad un cliente italiano | | German term or phrase: Schätzung für das Jahr 2005 | Mi rivolgo ai colleghi che hanno esperienza nella traduzione di testi di contenuto fiscale. Come tradurreste la frase:
"Es gibt bereits eine Schätzung für das Jahr 2005, weil bislang kein Abschluss eingereicht wurde."
Io l'ho tradotta così:
"Per l'anno 2005 è gia pronta (è già stata fatta) una stima, dato che fino a questo momento il bilancio annuale non è stato presentato:" oppure:
Per mancata presentazione di un bilancio annuale per l'anno 2005, si applica una stima del reddito imponibile.
Si tratta di una "GmbH", una società a responsabilità limitata.
Chi mi sa proporre di meglio ?

| Note from asker to answererHo scelto stima per l'anno 2005, perché si tratta di una formulazione consueta, comunque anche l'altra proposta "previsione di bilancio" è una proposta molto valida.
