ho guardato su Troike-Strombaci che riporta entrambi, come dicevi tu. È vero. Credo che il motivo sia questo: una volta che l'importo è stato fissato/determinato, passa poi direttamente in liquidazione. In parole poi, non si può più cambiare (purtroppo)!

Asker: anche a me pare chiaro, però ho trovato 2 dizionari giuridici che propongono entrambe le varianti... ecco il motivo del dubbio...
Asker: credo si tratti piuttosto di termini usati come sinonimi ... la "fissazione" è la "liquidazione" da parte del tribunale
