Explanation:
i paragrafi in questione vengono ricordati, menzionati (le "vengono messi davanti" = vorhalten), prima che la testimone cominci a parlare... in questo caso direi semplicemente così... "dopo la menzione dei §§..." oppure "dopo che le sono stati ricordati i §§.."
