Letteralmente lo stato non deve essere co-erede. Dato il poco contesto il mio è solo un tentativo: userei piuttosto la perifrasi: nessuna quota dell'eredità deve andare allo stato.

agree  smarinella: stato coerede - eufemismo, certo, qualcuno da noio meno elegamtemente avrebbe detto 'stato mangione', stato 'fregone'. Bel termine noto da un passo famoso della Bibbia: in quanto figli siete coeredi (senza trattino) - forse qui usato in senso ironico
