duniac: 16:15 Apr 15, 2008: grazie per il contributo, dani81 e Barbara ma nessuna delle due leggi ha a che vedere con il testo (causa penale per reato venatorio). E' più probabilmente che si tratti di una formula del tipo "per questi motivi", "ciò premesso" ecc. L'unico dubbio riguarda l'uso della d maiuscola, in effetti.

Hin und wieder ist es mir ausgeschrieben auch vollständig in Versalien untergekommen; ich würde daher meinen, es passt auch hier.
Außerdem spricht auch der Kontext dafür. |

| Note from asker to answererHallo Andrea. Bin jetzt ganz Deiner Meinung. Grossgeschrieben wird diese Abk. auf jeden Fall in italienischen Urteilen. Da der Text aus Bozen kommt, handelt es sich im Endeffekt um eine it-> de -Entsprechung (also eine Art Übersetzung im Kopfe des Richters...). Ich danke Dir f. die prompte Antwort :-)
