Aus des Ehe der Parteien ist das minderjährige Kind …. Hervorgegangen. Die Mutter beantragt, ihr die elterliche Sorge zu übertragen. Der Vater ist diesem Antrag nicht entgegengetreten.
Für die Entscheidung gilt italienisches Recht. Die vom Gericht getroffenen Regelung der elterlichen Sorge entspricht am besten dem Wohle des Kindes.

agree  Marina Murrau: oppure potestà genitoriale (come amano dire in questi ultimi tempi anche i media) e che forse è espressione più indicata perché si tratta dell'istanza della madre e quindi di uno solo dei genitori.

agree  smarinella: sì, legge spesso nei media 'potestà genitoriale', ma nell'uso giuridico (pure nella riforma del codice di fam.) resta p.p. (non coincide con l'affidamento - il giudice può dare a entrambi la p.p. e l'affidamento a 1 solo)
