Bilanzierungshilfen sind Aktivposten im Jahresabschluß, die weder Vermögensgegenstände noch Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten oder Korrekturen zu Passivposten darstellen. Der Inhalt der Handelsbilanz ist zwar grundsätzlich auf Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden begrenzt, es werden aber vom HGB in einigen Fällen Bilanzierungshilfen gewährt. Sie sollen in der Anfangsphase der Unternehmung eine sonst eintretende Überschuldung verhindern und /oder eine periodengerechte Aufwandsverrechnung ermöglichen. Das HGB nennt explizit die Aufwendungen für die Ingangsetzung und Erweiterung des Geschäftsbetriebes gemäß § 269 HGB und die aktivischen latenten Steuern gemäß § 274 Abs. 2 HGB. Sie sind im Anhang zu erläutern. Nach Coenenberg können auch die Bilanzierungswahlrechte als Bilanzierungshilfen qualifiziert werden.

Non riesco a trovare il corrispettivo, comunque sono delle *voci ausiliarie di bilancio* che vengono illustrate nella nota integrativa al bilancio. Nel concreto si tratta - come puoi dedurre dal testo tedesco - di imposte latenti e di spese di impianto e avviamento. Esse non compaino nel bilancio, giacché non si tratta né di valori patrimoniali né di ratei e risconti.
