" Ich beziehe mich auf Ihre Verfügung vom 25 Marz 2008 und reiche Ihnen namens der Beklagten die Duplik ein mit den Anträgen:
1. Es seien die in der Klageantwort gestellten Anträge gutzuheissen
2. Es sei der neulich von der Gegenpartei gestellte Antrag hinsichtlich Prozessentschädigung abzuweisen

La mia difficoltà e' nel tradurre i due congiuntivi nel punto 1 e 2. Non so come renderli.....io ho provato cosi'

1. Siano le istanze collocate nella comparsa di risposta da approvare
