Der Verzug tritt, sofern er nicht bereits mit einer Mahnung begründet wurde, 30 Tage nach Fälligkeit und Zugang der Rechnung ein.“ «La mora sorge, qualora non fosse già fondata su un sollecito di pagamento, 30 giorni dopo la scadenza e la ricezione della fattura».
