Durch Beschluss der Gesellschafterversammlung kann jeder Geschaftsfuhrer von
den Beschrankungen des § 181 BGB (Insichgeschaft) befreit werden.
4. Die Geschaftsfuhrer sind an diejenigen Beschrankungen der
Geschaftsfuhrungsbefugnis gebunden, die sich aus ihrem Geschaftsfuhrervertrag,
diesem Gesellschaftsvertrag oder aus einer von der Gesellschafterversammlung
erlassenen Geschaftsordnung fu die Geschaftsfuhrung ergeben.
