"Namens und in Vollmacht der Klägerin erheben wir Klage gegen die Beklagte und bitten um alsbaldige Zustellung und Anberaumung eines Termins, in dem wir beantragen werden (...) hilfsweise, der Klägerin nachzulassen, Sicherheit im Rahmen der §§ 711 ZPO auch durch Bankbürgschaft zu leisten."
