CLAIM RELEASE E' il documento attestante l'avvenuto pagamento da parte dell'assicuratore, della somma dovuta in relazione ad una pratica di danno. Quando tale pagamento è preceduto da una transazione, il documento succitato assume la forma di atto di transazione e quietanza.
QUIETANZA (ATTO DI)
FORMAL RECEIPT (OF CLAIM) E' un documento che attesta la definizione di un sinistro e certifica il ricevimento della somma convenuta da parte dell'avente diritto.
TRANSAZIONE (ASSICURAZIONE R.C.)
SETTLEMENT (THIRD PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE) L'assicuratore R.C., quando definisce col terzo danneggiato una pratica di sinistro, conclude di fatto proprio un "contratto" (per conto del proprio assicurato) ed esegue il relativo pagamento, ottenendo dal terzo predetto la firma di un atto di transazione (che libera l'assicurato) e quietanza (che attesta l'eseguito pagamento). |
