das Ofenhaus oder auch Backhaus ist traditionell ein kleines "Haus" neben dem Haupthaus, das ausschliesslich zum Brotbacken diente, auch dieses meist in Fachwerk...es gab auch grosse Backhäuser, für ein ganzes Dorf...
