per duniac: vero, potrebbe essere anche di fiume, ma a meno che venga indicato espressamente (tipo: la casa sorge sulle sponde di un fiume e ha una parete fatta con pezzi di legno. ecc.), in generale il Treibholz (Treibgut) lo si pensa più legato al mare - o magari sono io che lo penso... :-)
