Ein Pferd liegt fest und kann nicht mehr allein aufstehen, da es sich in seiner Box z.B. zu nah an die Wand gelegt hat. Keine Krankheit, wie das Festliegen der Milchkühe nach dem Kalben in meiner anderen Frage.

Explanation:
non so se il termine esatto sia questo, ma noi nel ambiente equino usiamo dire cosi, quando cavalli o specialmente puledri rotolandosi sdraiati nel box finiscono con le zampe addosso alle pareti e non hanno spazio sufficiente per darsi la spinta per alzarsi... (spero ti possa essere di aiuto)
