German term or phrase: Zahnmulde
una lama rotante di un'affettatrice universale è dotata di una dentellatura lungo il filo della lama.
Questa dentellatura è costituita da Zahnmulden che nel disegno appaiono come delle piccole cunette tra un dente e l'altro. Io ho tradotto Mulde con avvallamento, ma non mi convince...qualche proposta?
