Ginnea: 16:48 Mar 23, 2007: Mi sorge un dubbio e chiedo conferma a Pataflo: tra affinamento e vinificazione per me c'è differenza. Vinificato in botte ossia non in acciaio o altro, mentre affinamento sta x l'ultima fase della vinificazione sia in botte o anche in bottiglia.
