Dorfsennerei è sinonimo di Sennerei (malga)? Oppure ha un'altra sfumatura di significato?

Io lascierei semplicemente malga (se vuoi "del paese/villaggio di.. o locale) ; di solito è riferito a una piccola azienda per la produzione di prodotti caseari.

agree Nadia Gazzola: concordo, anche a S.Candido/Innichen è Sennerei/latteria. Le malghe non sono nei paesi, ma in mezzo alle montagne
