È molto chiaro che significa qc. tipo "separare, staccare", ma non sono convinta.
In rete ho trovato soltanto "stallonatore" (mai sentito prima...;-)) e che ovviamente si riferisce a pneumatici.

Domanda: posso usare "cilindro di separazione / cilindro separatore" o qc. di simile?
