Solo un commento che non vuol avere la dignità di risposta, ma potrebbe forse metterti sulla buona strada. Secondo me, si tratta di tutte quelle infrastrutture, come dire, degli impianti e delle installazioni (credo si dica spesso "predisposizione per...", tipo "predisposizione per impianto di climatizzazione") che vengono fatte già in fase di costruzione e finitura delle case, quindi non propriamente elettrodometistici (come potrebbero essere una doppia presa per il telefono o l'impianto già pronto per le persiane elettriche). Mi spiace non sapere il termine tecnico, ma forse questo ti può già aiutare.
