focus combinato Explanation: per focus ho trovato molti riscontri, più difficile rendere "kombiniert": forse si intende "complesso", "plurimo", fucus sviluppatosi in più punti. Probabilmente il senso è quello, ma non ho trovato nulla in italiano; del resto, anche in ted. "komb. Herdbefund" non dà risultati ..
