es handelt sich um eine Umstellung wegen eines X-Beins.
"Wegen Nichtdurchbau ist dann eine nochmalige Umstellung erfolgt"
Kann mir jemand bei der Uebersetzung dieses Satzes helfen?
Ich denke das die Umstellung mit "Osteotomie di correzione" uebersetzt werden koennte.
Beim Durchbau bzw Nichtdurchbau muesste es sich nach Internetrecherche um eine Konsolidierung des Knochens, d.h. um eine roentgenologisch sichtbare Knochenheilung bzw. in diesem Falle Nichtheilung handeln.
Kann man das mit "Non solidificazione del osso" uebersetzten.
