Bei Pfirsichen gibt es in der ersten Maiwoche schon ein nach Sorten bereits recht vielfältiges Angebot.....Hauptsorte bleibt vorläufig die rundfrüchtige Sorte Candor mit oft schwacher Ausfärbung. Red Crest, Sevilla-1 und Desert Sol sind oft farbiger. Die Kalibrierungen sind nach wie vor meist C; diese werden im Gegensatz zum geringen Teil an Kaliber B nicht ausreichend beachtet; D-Sortierungen an in Schalen verarbeiteter Ware werden vom Filialistenbereich nur in begrenzten Mengen aufgenommen und bleiben im Absatz besonders in hellen Partien verzögert.
Wie bei Pfirsichen konzentriert sich der Absatz bei Nektarinen auf farbige Partien großer Kaliber...
