Während viele deutsche und US-amerikanische Autobauer schwächeln, hat der japanische Konkurrent Mazda seinen Gewinn im Geschäftsjahr 2004/2005 dank eines höheren Absatzes in Europa gesteigert.
HB TOKIO. Für das laufende Geschäftsjahr prognostizierte der Konzern bei Vorlage der 2004-er Zahlen am Donnerstag jedoch wegen steigernder Materialpreise und eines harten Preiswettbewerbs in Europa, China und den USA ein langsameres Wachstum.
Der operative Gewinn des Autoherstellers stieg im zum 31. März abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahr um 18 Prozent auf 82,9 Milliarden Yen (rund 606 Millionen Euro). Analysten waren von 79,7 Milliarden Yen ausgegangen. Der Nettogewinn stieg um 35 Prozent auf 45,8 Milliarden Yen. Für das laufende Jahr rechnet der zu einem Drittel zu Ford Motor gehörende Konzern mit einem operativen Gewinn von 90 Milliarden Yen. Marktteilnehmer gingen von 84,4 Milliarden aus. |
