In der Fläche sollen die Synergien zwischen den verschiedenen Finanzfunktionen verstärkt zum Tragen kommen. Die Controller in den Regionen werden führungsmässig einer regionalen Führung unterstellt.

Io capisco che "i controller delle varie regioni faranno capo ad un'unica direzione regionale"; così ho praticamente tralasciato "führungsmässig", che non capisco bene cosa significhi (in modo proporzionale?)
