Laddove il concetto di "principiante" viene trasferito dall'utilizzatore all'oggetto utilizzato, il che tutto sommato non e' tanto lontano da quello che anche il termine tedesco intende trasmettere.

Se non convince la definizione modello per principianti si potrebbe anche utilizzare l'espressione modello amatoriale / per amatori / per l'esordio nel mondo della fotografia digitale.
