Bewertungsgruppe der Schweißnähte erfolgt nach EN ISO 5817:2003 Gruppe C.
Als Ausgangswerkstoff für Rohre und Profile gelten die Werkstoffe nach DIN EN 10025 - S235 JR der Gruppe 1.1, 1.2 und 1.4.
Bei Reparaturen von lackierten Stahlkonstruktionen sind die Vorbemerkungen einzuhalten.
Reparaturen sind von Fachpersonal auszuführen, die über entsprechende Ausbildungen verfügen.
Flammrichttätigkeiten an statisch tragenden Bauteilen, wie Pfosten, Füße, Einfahrschlaufen, **Stapeltaschen** sind nicht erlaubt. Schleif und Schweißarbeiten bedürfen der Entfernung von Lackresten im Abstand von 30 mm vom Bearbeitungsrand. Bei Schweißtechnischen Reparaturen sind die inzusetzenden Teile mit einer Schweißnahtvorbereitung zu versehen. Liegen 2 seitige Schweißungen vor, sind auch 2 seitige Nahtvorbereitungen notwendig.
