Explanation:
in che senso é da intendere questo "Kern" - tutte due le risposte inviate possono essere giuste.
"Kern des Projektes" = la parte centrale del progetto, il centro della costruzione.
"Kern der Planung" = punto di partenza (per la progettazione) = all'inizio.
Non saprei a chi dare il "agree" - devi vedere dal tuo contesto.
Questa partecipazione é fuori-punteggio.
E cosa riguarda la "confidence": I'm sure of my doubts ... ;-)
