ciao, mi chiedevo se "Kostenwahrheit" debba essere tradotto con "costi effettivi" o "trasparenza dei costi". Voi che ne pensate?

Fehlende Kostenwahrheit

Der Verkehr auf Österreichs Straßen kommt nur für einen geringen Teil der Kosten, die er verursacht, selbst auf. Laut offizieller Wegekostenrechnung des Verkehrsministeriums betrug der Deckungsgrad im Jahr 2000 in Österreich gerade einmal 32 Prozent. Beim LKW-Verkehr sieht die Bilanz noch deutlich negativer aus. Lkw ruinieren Straßen nämlich in einem viel höheren Ausmaß als Pkw, von den gesundheitlichen und ökologischen Folgen ganz zu schweigen.



Hinzu kommt, dass das Transportwesen auf Europas Straßen auf Ausbeutung bil-liger Arbeitskräfte und der Ignoranz gegenüber vielen Vorschriften beruht. Deshalb ist jeder Versuch, eine Kostenwahrheit herzustellen und damit ökolo-gischeren Verkehrsmitteln als Kraftfahrzeugen eine Chance zu geben, eine An-strengung wert.
