Hier war wieder ein "Sprachpanscher" am Werk, der weder seine Muttersprache, noch die englische RS beherrscht :-) (peinlich!). Vielleicht fand er oder sie auch nur, daß sich "alignment der Straße" besser anhört als die gute alte "Straßenflucht" :-)

oppure
non dà direttamente sulla strada:
Sono espressioni meno "immaginifiche" di quella tedesca + Alignement +Piazza (è la globalizzazione!), ma credo che possano andar bene
