"Die Bibel sollte hier noch komplett restauriert werden. In Deutschland steht jedoch
kein Brucioli-Original zur Verfügung. Das Münchener Expl (B. lat. f. 47; vgl. BSB-AK
Bd 4 p 390) wurde im letzten Weltkrieg (1939-1945) durch Luftangriffe vernichtet. In
Stuttgart u. Wolfenbüttel gab es nie die editio princeps Brucioli Venedig 1532 - und
man ist immer an einem Erwerb interessiert. —"
